WPB Group was the first to start selling ready-made businesses on the Czech market through its specialised company Společnosti Online. It has been the market leader in sales volume in the Czech Republic since 1999 and later on in Slovakia. Confidentiality, cooperation and full legal guarantees for the ready-made companies sold were the reasons why WPB Group reached a market share over 60% on the Czech and Slovak markets. A fast and easy alternative to setting up companies became extraordinarily popular among Czech and Slovak entrepreneurs. The most frequent clients are major law firms, banks, tax advisors, developers and real estate brokers. Besides limited liability and joint stock companies, our product portfolio also covers setting up and selling European companies (SE) since the beginning of 2008. Společnosti Online offers these products through its offices in Prague, Ostrava, Brno and Bratislava.
WPB Group is a progressive financial group also in providing business addresses where the corporate head office is to be based. We were the first one to offer Czech and foreign entrepreneurs business centres for the corporate head office in the Czech and Slovak Republics in prestigious locations in large cities. The first city where this service was offered was Prague. Nowadays we run 17 business centres in eight cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We not only offer business addresses, but a wide range of additional services, as well:
- rental of meeting rooms across the Czech Republic and Slovakia,
- arranging video-conferences,
- telephone and fax services, etc.
Our group has been successful in retaining the position of the market leader with a market share over 60%. In October 2008, WPB Group introduced a new product, so-called Flexible Offices. Flexible offices are fully furnished office premises with variable rental duration.
