WPB Capital, savings association, was founded in 1999. Since its establishment, its primary focus has been private clientele. When changes in legislation governing savings associations banking were completed in January 2007, WPB Capital could offer its services and products to the general public. The core job of WPB Capital is accepting deposits and providing secured loans.
The philosophy of WPB Capital is offering above-standard products in an above-standard environment. WPB Capital products rest upon the highest possible level of simplicity and transparency.
WPB Capital belongs to the strongest savings associations in the Czech Republic in terms of equity. Its registered capital exceeds the legally stipulated minimum registered capital of savings associations five times over and reaches approximately one third of that of some banks.
WPB Capital is the founding member of the Association of Cooperative Savings Companies and works actively on the development of cooperative banking in the Czech Republic. WPB Capital is the holder of a licence of the Czech National Bank authorising our company to accept deposits from citizens. The Czech National Bank is legally obliged to oversee savings associations.
Also, the deposits of WPB Capital clients are insured by law and subject to the same deposit protection scheme as in the banking sector.
Since 1 January 2008 WPB Capital has been directly connected to the Czech National Bank clearing centre and has its own bank code 2050.

WPB Consulting is a consultancy providing service mostly for all projects of the WPB Group. Thanks to this company, the holding has several specialised departments at hand. WPB Consulting provides services in accounting, IS-IT, marketing, law and human resources.

Společnosti Online is the leader on the Czech market in setting up ready-made companies. The company has been offering this service since 1999. Currently, Společnosti Online runs offices in four Czech and Slovak cities (Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Bratislava) and also sells in Pilsen and Olomouc through a partner. The OFFICE HOUSE company is the oldest and largest company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia specialised in providing representative business addresses for companies to have their registered offices and in renting meeting rooms. It runs 17 business points in eight cities in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
OFFICE HOUSE currently provides short-term rental of fully furnished offices including all necessary back-office support. This service is available in several places in Prague, Ostrava and Bratislava. This product brings the big advantage of flexibility, as the office can be ordered as to match the current needs of the entrepreneur. Everything is arranged for the entrepreneur this way and only the actual time spent in the office is paid for. Offices can even be rented only for one hour and longer.
An interesting service of OFFICE HOUSE is also the Personal Assistant who replaces a standard assistant in terms of the scope of work. The personal assistant represents any company in negotiations with authorities, does standard office jobs, organises the work schedule, arranges meetings and does all the reservations needed for a business trip. More services are subject to agreement based on specific needs. All services can be provided in English, German or Spanish.
